To open the tailgate from outside, turn the ignition key in the lock. To open the tailgate from the inside, pull lever (A) next to driver’s seat. IMPORTANT Do not operate the lever (A) when the car is travelling. Tailgate opening is facilitated by side gas shock springs. On certain versions, opening the boot, the interior boot ceiling light will come on.
